The project required management of large crews performing varied tasks simultaneously
while adapting to evolving site demands and expanding responsibilities. Our team worked
closely with the general contractor and South Korean manufacturer EAGON to develop
practical solutions, coordinate custom-fabricated elements, and maintain steady progress
across multiple active construction areas.
